OUR SERVICES
We have residential-style Assisted Living Facilities throughout southeast and south-central Idaho, most tucked away in small communites, so our residents can stay close to family and life-long friends. In-home Care Services are provided in all the communities where we have assisted living facilities as well as the greater Pocatello/Blackfoot/Idaho Falls area, the Challi/Salmon area, and the Twin Falls/Magic Valley area. Our Hospital and Care Center is located in Pocatello and provides skilled nursing, therapy and psychiatric care.

ASSISTED LIVING: Assisted living is a housing and health-care option that combines independence and personal care in a residential setting. At Safe Haven, we develop a personalized care plan for each resident to provide individualized care and assistance while respecting independence.
